We Canceled Our Monday Morning Meeting

As a team, we used to spend 90 minutes every Monday listing what we did last week. It was boring and expensive. But we had an epiphany: "Why not automate the process?" Our team lead, Shabbir Poonawala, created a Telegram bot that sends out simple questions to team members at 9 AM every Monday: "What are your top 3 wins?" and "Blockers?"
